This fully uprated aluminium intercooler is engineered to significantly improve charge-air cooling compared with the original TD5 intercooler. The upgraded design doubles the original core thickness from 30mm to 60mm, providing substantially greater cooling capacity.
Featuring 21 multi-gallery extruded tubes, the intercooler provides improved airflow distribution and enhanced heat dissipation under load, making it well suited for towing, touring, and off-road driving.
