All intercoolers are handcrafted, manufactured, and dispatched in the United Kingdom. Unlike mass-produced imports, we manufacture the core and assembly in-house, allowing full control over materials, tube design, and final build quality.
Unlike many aftermarket cooling components, this unit is manufactured in-house in the UK rather than sourced from mass-produced overseas units. This allows complete control over materials, core specification, and assembly quality.
This fully uprated aluminium intercooler is engineered to significantly improve charge-air cooling compared with the original TD5 intercooler. The upgraded design doubles the original core thickness from 30mm to 60mm, providing substantially greater cooling capacity.
Featuring 21 multi-gallery extruded tubes, the intercooler provides improved airflow distribution and enhanced heat dissipation under load, making it well suited for towing, touring, and off-road driving.
