These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Classic Parts For You website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

OUR PRODUCTS

We supply specialist automotive cooling components and related vehicle parts.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information and prices are accurate.

Because vehicles can differ by model year, engine, specification and modification, customers should confirm compatibility before ordering where there is any uncertainty.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us with your vehicle and part details before ordering.

VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Information provided through our website, including our vehicle finder, product descriptions and compatibility information, is intended to help identify suitable products.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the product ordered is appropriate for their specific vehicle and application.

Where possible, we recommend checking part numbers, dimensions and vehicle details before installation.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

Many of our products are made to order.

Unless stated otherwise, please allow approximately 14 working days for manufacture and preparation before dispatch.

Some products may already be available from stock. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before ordering and we can confirm current availability where possible.

Manufacturing and dispatch times are estimates and may occasionally vary.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation that your order has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example:

• A product is unavailable

• An incorrect price or material error has been displayed

• We cannot obtain payment authorisation

• We cannot reasonably fulfil the requested specification

• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or calculated as part of the checkout process where applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

DELIVERY

Delivery times depend on product availability, manufacturing requirements, destination and courier service.

Made-to-order manufacturing times are separate from courier transit times.

We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated or agreed timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship products internationally where available.

Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or delivery price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.

INSTALLATION & USE

Automotive cooling components should be installed correctly and, where appropriate, by a suitably competent person or professional.

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility and ensuring products are correctly fitted, filled, bled and operated.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, inappropriate fluids or operating conditions outside the product's intended application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Consumer cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

For standard goods purchased online, consumers will normally have the right to cancel within the applicable statutory cancellation period.

Products genuinely manufactured to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.

A product being described as “made to order” does not by itself mean that statutory cancellation rights are excluded.

12-MONTH WARRANTY

Our products are supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the terms described in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, original text, graphics, designs and other original content belong to Classic Parts For You or are used with permission.

They must not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Manufacturer names, vehicle names, part numbers and third-party trademarks are used for identification and compatibility purposes where appropriate and remain the property of their respective owners.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect information supplied by the customer, unauthorised modification or use of a product outside its intended application.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applying to an order will be those applicable when the order was placed, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.
